Update: Nope, wasn't the problem, turns out our tests were handling that fine even though NPM was complaining. Didn't hurt though. |

Looks to be breaking our ecosystem CI, the version of RTS in our lockfile here doesn't accept v11 so it'll need a bump to avoid Preact copies.
