Closes #1239

Would love suggestions if anyone has some, I'm not sure this is as clear as it could be. I struggled a bit as this is a rather unique situation in which browsers have actually spec'd how to handle incorrect tables for so long that MDN was actually documenting the incorrect table structure in most of their examples for years, as it could be safely relied upon (thankfully that's changed a bit more recently).
