As the title suggests, this documents
preact/compat,preact/debug,preact/devtools, etc., in addition to the core APIs. This largely makes the Switching to Preact page redundant (it just points at the aliasing instructions and for some reason documents compat APIs) but that can be addressed later.Some of these could probably use a bit more work in their descriptions/examples but it's a starting point.
