Ansi colored logging using
tracing-subscriberis broken since0.3.20. Rattler-build doesnt really care about this because it uses a custom formatter. However, downstream packages might care, therefore we explicitly loosen the bounds on tracing-subscriber.See: tokio-rs/tracing#3378
