I attempted to throw Claude at it, but I think the context window got too big. It started making some really weird mistakes. Ended up just doing it by hand, because it was faster than reviewing Claude's output in detail. |

What does this PR do?
Normalizes API documentation. Removes dead APIs and their documentation.
How does this PR change Premake's behavior?
Breaking changes for people using dead APIs. However, those APIs had no effect on outputs.
