add option to set a page primary

Hi, I add an option to make a page primary, which means that page would show up on the front page directly(ignoring other pages and the original "More information" section), it looks like this

Currently there's no limitations on how many pages can be set as primary, but only one page can be displayed(others would be ignored), how do you think about it?

thanks for the pull request and the idea! I'm not really sure if this is already perfect, though.

I mainly have two questions:

• Why shouldn't we list the links to the other pages below as well?
• What problem are you trying to solve that you can't solve with Event > Settings > Display > Welcome text?
