Closes #40. Adds
tl comment, which cycles through unsent time entries that have no description and prompts for one for each, so you no longer have to edit each entry by ID. Press Enter to skip an entry or typeqto stop, and use the optional--date/-dflag to limit to a date range (e.g.tl comment --date today).
