  • Removes "please" and "simply", per Google developer documentation style guide.
  • Unified capitalization of Aggregation Service, decapitalize aggregatable reports
  • Spelling for Shared Storage
  • Adds links to:
    • developer.chrome.com when applicable and appropriate, such as for the debug reports and general Aggregation Service documentation
    • Dev Support repo for general questions / issues
  • Other general style/grammar nits
