For proponopd/go-appimage#343.

  • Added statically built dwarfs universal binary.
  • I mostly didn't touch any of the other builds, except I added the two files downloaded from git.savannah.gnu.org to the repo due to it often failing with a 502 error. It seems they are regularly running out of resources; I was having a success rate of around 25% to download the files.
