Replacing a broken link in:

/en/lessons/correspondence-analysis-in-R
/es/lecciones/analisis-de-correspondencia-en-r

• The ES lesson featured a perma.cc link, but this was a bad capture so I have replaced it with an IA link.
• The PT lesson does not feature the same link, but directs to a YouTube video that explains the concept. I've removed the words '(em inglês)' because this video is in PT.
