第十八行咱用了波浪号以表示“1至3次”，但是markdown识别成了strikethrough把整个句子都划掉了，现将那些表示”至“的波浪号更正成汉字。另外更正一部分的货币的markdown语法使其更通顺。另外把关于海关申报的内容单开了一行并用 Alert 表示以提醒读者。
