Enhance Prettier and Eslint configuration

This PR does not include any functional change and it must work in the same way as the master branch does.

Changes included:

• Changed Prettier configuration => formatting code
• Changed Eslint configuration => for identifying problematic patterns found in the code.

The majority of files contain changes in the format of the code i.e. space at the beginning of a line, use of the double quote, etc.
