Semaphore installs and maintains yq v4 [1] so we don't need to download and install our own copy. [1] https://docs.semaphoreci.com/getting-started/changelog#week-of-april-7-2025

Semaphore installs and maintains yq v4 [1] so we don't need to download and install our own (outdated) copy.
