The following entries are needed in the mFIB for IPv6 to function properly. Some of them were missing, added them in this fix.

IPv6 Multicast Addresses and RFC References:

RFC RFC Name Address / Prefix Description
RFC 4291 IPv6 Addressing Architecture ff02::1:ff00:0/104 Solicited-Node multicast (NDP Neighbor Solicitation targets)
RFC 4291 IPv6 Addressing Architecture ff02::1 All Nodes / All Hosts (link-local multicast; used by NDP and others)
RFC 4291 IPv6 Addressing Architecture ff02::2 All Routers (routers listen here; NDP RS target)
RFC 3810 MLDv2 (Multicast Listener Discovery v2) ff02::16 All MLDv2-capable routers
RFC 3315 / RFC 8415 DHCPv6 (original / updated) ff02::1:2 DHCPv6 All Relay Agents and Servers
