feat: adds CPE metadata to majority of templates with tech tag

PR Information

• Adds the $info.classification.cpe field to a large majority of the templates with the tech tag. I ensured that only valid CPEs were added

Template validation

• Validated with a host running a vulnerable version and/or configuration (True Positive)
• Validated with a host running a patched version and/or configuration (avoid False Positive)
