This adds reporting of the Authenticated Data flag, indicating whether the resolver thinks the resource is properly signed with DNSSEC. Ref prometheus#551 Signed-off-by: Kim Alvefur <[email protected]>

This adds reporting of the Authenticated Data flag, indicating whether the resolver thinks the resource is properly signed with DNSSEC. Hopefully useful for monitoring DNSSEC status.
