Summary
Relates to #37.
I've done the API work to make site areas available when possible. This is on a special /map/sites/{uuid} endpoint and returns GeoJSON.

The green is no good on a satelite map so I'll try and mess with the colouring, and we need to start labeling what sort of work and putting in metrics, but this is still a WIP.
