Uploading Open Sustainability Principles.pdf file by removing the website link. Previously, it was like https://raw.githubusercontent.com/protontypes/open-source-in-environmental-sustainability/main/OpenSourceSustainabilityEcosystem_080423.pdf. This link is not longer working. So uploading the pdf directly to the repo.
Updated the link to the Open Sustainability Principles document.
Updated the link to the existing projects subsection for clarity.
ost_keywords.txt was previously attached this link (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/protontypes/osta/refs/heads/main/ost_keywords.txt), which is no longer usable. So, removed the link and uploaded the actual text inside the repo as .txt file and updated the link in the How to Identify projects.md file.
Moved the OpenSourceSustainabilityEcosystem_080423.pdf file into the docs folder for better organization.
