What does this PR do? Why is it needed?
This PR simplifies the ssz encodings for some of the structs and aligns them with the ones generated by fssz, among other things it follows the next patterns:
MarshalSSZalways callsMarshalSSZTo.HashTreeRootalways callsHashTreeRootWith.dstand do not pass them by reference ([]bytes).These changes are important to keep a standard among all the encodings and have zero-memory allocations.
