* Replaced local dependencies if they are available as a Maven dependency * Updated Weka to 3.8.1, because the old version isn't available * Updated Jaws to 1.3.1 * Downgrade JFreechart to 1.0.0 because the 1.0.14 version isn't available * Update Miglayout to 4.1 * Removed standford postagger as system file, because it's already included in jgaap * Changed resources directory to the root folder in order to follow the Maven standard * Fixed adding the preprocessor flag -M * Changed smo.setBuildLogisticModels(true) because of a newer dependency version of weka * Updated installation instructions

I tried to move every dependency to Maven for a easier dependency management and project setup across different IDE installations. Sadly some dependencies like ui and jgaap aren't available in Maven and now still included.
