Updated the Startup script to work with the newest updates for the change in Terrain options, as well as added panel options to further customize the game including difficulty, start location and multiplayer type (which is new). Also switched to a different docker image to use newer networking files that were needed by the game update on 1/27/26. Also switch to utilizing stdout to get a better console output as well as updating the server running flag.
