Hi! 👋

This PR only modifies a markdown file under .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE, so it doesn't affect the actual application code or test logic.

The test failures seem unrelated, possibly due to CI environment issues:

  • Cache service deprecation (April 15, 2025)
  • Deprecated GitHub Actions commands
  • Artifact download issues
