What I changed

Improved grammar and overall readability in CONTRIBUTING.md
Replaced raw URLs with clear Markdown links
Made the document more beginner-friendly without changing its meaning

Why this change

Clear and well-structured documentation helps new contributors understand the contribution process and onboard more easily.
