Dependanbot can update images referenced in Dockerfiles, but it needs some docker labels and git tags for it to understand the dependencies and updates to the images. Dependabot can update images referenced in Dockerfiles, but it needs some docker labels and git tags for it to understand the dependencies and updates to the images. This allows images that derive from ours to get automatic dependabot updates.
