Support for Express

Add Support for express and/or expose the SSE Server so that I can attach additional routes to it for other purposes like support OAuth

one workaround could be a reverse proxy that routes the user to different services based on the route for now

Personally, I would probably do what @abir-taheer suggested, but I can see it being desirable to have just one server instance.

One place this would be useful that reverse proxies wouldn't really help with is for k8s liveness/readiness checks.

I guess you could use http://localhost:3000/ping for this.
