Add new functionality to the Puppy Package Manager (PPM)

The make_pet.sh script will generate a pet of the curent 
version ready to be installed in puppylinux, over the existing
puppy package manager (PPM)
Requires the latest woof-CE version of gtkdialog and
icons or the curent version of the libstartdust.pet that
can be found in 
http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?p=815876#815876
