Include .post0 in release for relase notes fix

OK, I made a mistake by trying to rectify the incorrect date: I deleted the archive on pypi; and now it wants me to use a different file name. It looks weird but apparently that's how you're meant to it under PEP-440: https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0440/#post-releases
