  • Update Dockerfile to use python:3.14-bookworm base image
  • Update site-packages paths for Python 3.14
  • Update Netlify build configuration to use Python 3.14
  • Update developer documentation to require Python 3.14+

do we want to keep Python 3.13 in CI. If you want, I can
update the CI matrix to only include 3.14 !

Thank you. We can remove 3.13 from the CI, but can we add 3.15 instead?
