I think #74 is a final PR, that had all the commits, including this one, we can close this one in the favor of #74 for the ease of reviewing and merging the changes.
Also I would also suggest to not create a new branch for the branch you already raised a Pull request, until they are dependent on each other, it's good to create a new branch from the main branch for a new feature or fix or any type of changes.

The pycache files shouldn't be included here. Could you please update with those removed? It's difficult to review with those extra files. |

This code i contributed here is a sample showing the functionality to allow teams create tiers for sponsorship using django forms and i created a functionality to display list of available tiers created as well. I can go on to implement the models and other codes but this is just a sample code to start with thank you.
