PylonPack v0.4

Migration to a New Pack Generator

The resource pack has been migrated to the new pack generator by JustAHuman

This change:

• significantly reduced the resource pack size
• simplified file management
• makes it easier to create models for more complex blocks viz manual core drill lever
• improves long-term maintainability

Most changes in this update are internal and technical BUT with this update comes a working model for:

• Manual Core Drill Lever
• Solar Lens and much more in the future

Documentation Update

The README has been updated to better reflect the current state of the project and the new structure of the resource pack
