we're hitting pypa/cibuildwheel#2663 with the recent updated to cibuildwheel that i merged in #75

I reverted cibuildwheel for pymmcore (micro-manager/pymmcore#156) but the change in micro-manager/pymmcore@7ac3636 might also help. Or both?
