Updates our Emscripten machinery to be more recent, based on the state of the files in https://github.com/emscripten-core/emscripten/tree/5.0.3/tools. I added
colored_logger.pyas it's now used byauditwheel_emscripten/emscripten_tools/diagnostics.py. I didn't observe any behaviour differences between our previous version of these files and this new ones, per se.
