Summary of changes
Updates vendored dependencies. I'm doing this for
packaging, which has abi3t support in its latest version, but I figured it's best to do these all at once.jaraco.textbrings in a bunch of new dependencies which makes this diff a lot bigger, so I usedjaraco.text4.1.0. Let me know if you want me to update that.Pull Request Checklist
