unless we document that the pipelines give no actual indication of functionality (as we are in fact not threadsafe in any way and we are not testing it) im opposed to adding those tests as all that would do is deception
as something inherently not threadsafe we should only test on those pythons if we clearly document that those are only validation of non-threaded function as we do not in any way validate thread safety of any kind
