Added detection for Cortex-A720, Cortex-X4, Cortex-X925, and Cortex-A725

Looks good. Consider adding the A515 and A520, but it can be in a followup.

I'll have to get the datasheets for those and raise in another PR

Needs another reviewer to land.
X925 is hard to find. It was in Exynos 2500 and Mediatek 9400
Exynos 2500 is in Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Galaxy Tab S11
Mediatek 9400 is in Vivo X200

While looking I see theres a Cortex A320 for even lower end.

Some of the phones have 4 uarch - eg Samsung S23:
Octa-core (1x3.36 GHz Cortex-X3 & 2x2.8 GHz Cortex-A715 & 2x2.8 GHz Cortex-A710 & 3x2.0 GHz Cortex-A510)
The detect isnt working on those 2 medium cores
The A710 is the only uarch that supports 32 bit, so ideally the detection would somehow reflect that the other 6 are disabled
