Is there a particular motivation for this change? i.e. is there a use case for this repository where it's not clear that it's a PyVideo project? |

You can discover this project by conducting a search on GitHub or Google that match with a description or title of a video. You may come across numerous JSON files, but you might not be aware that PyVideo has its own website. That's why I recommend adding the URL to make it easier for you to access. |

READMEs get aggregated and repositories pop up in search results, so sometimes people do come across them who don't have the context that this is a PyVideo sub-project. I think explicitly but concisely pointing to the PyVideo website in this README seems like a good idea.
