Enables mouse and keyboard link activation for Add Torrent dialog comments while keeping the existing text selection behavior. Closes qbittorrent#23797. PR qbittorrent#24604.
Ideally the thread pool should be deconstructed before `m_ui` deconstruction. PR qbittorrent#24631.
