This commit adds an example of running Gluetun as a Kubernetes SidecarContainer. This setup has the benefit that Kubernetes will not start any main containers in a Pod until Gluetun is running and reporting a healthy status.

Why not protonvpn if we use it as the example?

I used VPN_SERVICE_PROVIDER=custom as that is what setup/providers/protonvpn.md indicates should used for WireGuard connections:
To use with Wireguard, download a configuration file from account.proton.me/u/0/vpn/WireGuard and head to the custom provider Wireguard section.
