Took me a while to realize that the test file was not broken enough to trigger an Exception, but this PR should now be ready to go |

Similarly to qiita-spots/qp-deblur#76, this changes a) expose a new argument for the configure script and b) enables the uncoupling of filesystems from plugin and Qiita Central
