Adding four related open-source packages: a client for the ZKSF simulation service, Qiskit and PennyLane providers, and an independent checker for the accuracy certificates the service issues. Disclosure: We are the author of all four. All MIT-licensed, on PyPI, with tests and CI. zcc-verify has no dependencies and does not call the service.
