- Add SHTC3 support. Very similar to SHT30 but different commands.
- Increase I2C RX timeout to 20ms. SHTC3 needs 10.5ms sample temperature and humidity.
- Fix General View I2C pin mapping: SCL->C0, SDL->C1.
