Port integration data-forwarding documentation (webhook, syslog, syslog-audit) from quilrai/docs#21. Nest under platform-areas/integrations (converted integrations.md to folder index), add TOCItems theme override, webhook sample-payload accordion styles, and BarChart2 sidebar icon.
