Description

Visualize the regression testing performance over time using Airspeed Velocity (https://asv.readthedocs.io/en/latest/).

If it runs successfully, it will generate an interactive performance dashboard located at:
https://quokka-astro.github.io/regression-testing-results/asv

oh, it's missing a folder. I'll fix that and try again.

@BenWibking You have a changed submodule that is not on remote, and this causes the test to fail. Can you fix that?
