This pull request adds a new library to the list of mediator and event sourcing frameworks in the
README.mdfile.Library addition:
Hermodr, a .NET framework for event publication and subscription supporting multiple channels and schema management, to the list of mediator/event sourcing libraries inREADME.mdA simple framework to publish events within an application to multiple channels (eg. RabbitMQ, Webhooks, Azure ServiceBus, etc.) and managing event subscription (planned)
