Adds GauntletCI to the Code Analysis and Metrics section.
GauntletCI is a pre-commit change-risk detector for C# and .NET. It analyzes only the changed diff (not the full codebase) to catch behavioral regressions that pass tests and code review, with no cloud connection or account required.
