dinglehopper-line-dirs, the CLI to compare directories of GT text files with OCR prediction text files, is now much more flexible: It allows subdirectories (e.g. to group text line files by work) and also allows having GT and OCR in the same directories. Please read dinglehopper-line-dirs --help for the details.
Somewhat related to the dinglehopper-line-dirs changes, all of the CLIs now support specifying the encoding of plain text files. Also, autodetecting the encoding complains with a warning now. This came up with the line dirs change as autodetecting on short text files does not work that well (ever heard of the EUC-TW encoding? Probably not, unless you work with Chinese texts.)
