Add professional repository description

Changes

• pubspec.yaml: Replaced "A new Flutter project." with a concise, accurate app summary:

  "A Flutter + Firebase mobile app for neighborhood item-sharing, real-time messaging, and community event scheduling."

• README.md — Team section: Rewrote first-person narrative ("I owned…") as a third-person bullet list under Core contributions include:, covering the item data layer, theme system, and description views.

Note: The GitHub repo's "About" one-liner (shown on the repo homepage) is set manually via Settings → About and is not file-tracked. Suggested value matches the pubspec.yaml description above.
