Face detection memorize function is not working. After some hours checking why I found out it is not correct implemented. after this change it works well. Now I can memorize faces.
2nd correction, without the resize you will get often a segmentation error.

At the moment the function doesn't work on ubuntu where I am testing.
First in comparison to the face detection function it is also needed to resize the image from the camera and calculate the locations before calculating the encodings
