feat(swap): default Base pair to ETH × MOR - #280

Set the Base chain's default swap pair to ETH → MOR (Morpheus AI on Base, 0x7431aDa8a591C955a994a21710752EF9b882b8e3, 18 decimals) and add MOR to the Base token list (surfaced in the Popular row). Base has MOR/WETH liquidity, so the pair quotes out of the box.
