1. Updated Vigem SDK to latest.
2. If the backlight is off, then when the battery is shown, it turns on, to the default level of DefaultBrightness.
3. Minor fixes in the program and launcher.

Installation:
Install the ViGem driver & Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, then start DSAdvance.
